We accept returns and exchanges on clothing items under the following conditions:
- Return Window: Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase/delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
- Exchanges: Available for size, color, or product swaps depending on stock availability.
- Ineligible Returns: Damaged items caused by misuse, altered clothing, or sale/clearance items are not eligible for return.
💄 Cosmetic Items
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we follow a strict policy for cosmetics:
- Non-Returnable: All opened or used cosmetic items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returnable Items: Unopened, unused cosmetics in original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Allergy Reactions: If you experience a reaction to a product, please contact us. We may issue a store credit or exchange after reviewing the case (photo proof or doctor’s note may be required).

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include a photo of the item and packaging. We’ll replace it or issue a full refund, including shipping.
